Areas of interest
I am passionate about promoting the prevention, early recognition, and management of mental health problems at all levels of health care services and particularly in medically ill patients. I am also passionate about teaching medical students, registrars, and members of the multidisciplinary team. My areas of special interest include medically unexplained symptoms, chronic pain, women’s mental health, psycho-oncology, suicide and deliberate self-harm, psychological responses to illness and psychopharmacology.
